Aqua Zumba Ala Moana Beach Park (water exercise ) Every Saturday for month of September (except on 9/27)
Meet at Ewa end of Ala Moana Beach by the volleyball court
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR.
All activities begin at 7:30 am

Training Group: Level 1: non-impact, with more complex choreography
A combination of impact and non impact aerobics.
Toning, and stretching, with modifications for beginners. Learn correct technique and
become familiar with basic moves.
Training Group Level 2 : A combination of kicking/punching drills, jump rope, football,
basketball, track drills, core training, plyometrics and strengthening. Expect creative
and intense exercises to thoroughly work your body in a simple to follow format.
Turbo Kick: pre-choreographed kickboxing classes that are taught the same by each
instructor. Low impact but high intensity, fun and easy to follow.
ZUMBA: Fusion of Latin dance (Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia) and aerobics. Great Fun!
HULA FITNESS-Dance hula for a low impact cardio workout. Increases strength & definition to
the core, glutes, quads & arms.
G.I.T. (Gentle Impact Training)- Combines the benefits of and core work to
strengthen and sculpt your body. Improve core strength, posture to and overall body
Tai Chair: Seated Exercises focus on the breath for relaxation brings together the
connection of the mind, body & spirit. Improve posture, alignment & balance. Poses
focus on stretching muscles and connective tissue, and building strength for a balance
foundation. Improve flexibility, strength & stamina. Form and shape your body while
liberating your mind. Especially suitable for people with arthritis as well as entry level
participants. Easy to learn exercises to help increase mobility, and has special healing
and relaxation abilities.
